CookiePrintPro is a product of KCS Unity Ventures LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our image optimization service at cookieprintpro.app.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use CookiePrintPro:

• Account information — your email address and password when you create an account.
• Usage data — the number of images you have processed and your subscription plan.
• Images you upload — images you submit for processing. These are processed in your browser and are not permanently stored on our servers.
• Payment information — if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored by CookiePrintPro.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the CookiePrintPro service.
• To track your monthly image usage and enforce plan limits.
• To process payments for paid subscriptions via Stripe.
• To send account-related emails such as email confirmation and password reset.
• To improve the app based on usage patterns.

3. Image Processing

Images you upload to CookiePrintPro are processed client-side in your browser for CMY color optimization and upscaling. Processed images are not permanently stored on our servers. Uploaded images may be temporarily held in memory during processing only and are discarded immediately after your session.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — for user authentication and usage tracking. Supabase stores your email address and usage data securely. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe handles all payment data. CookiePrintPro never stores your card details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel — for hosting the application. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and usage data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days. To request deletion, contact us at the email below.

6. Cookies

CookiePrintPro uses browser localStorage to store your session information so you remain logged in between visits. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Children's Privacy

CookiePrintPro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can update your email address or request account deletion by contacting us. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
