Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CookiePrintPro, a product operated by KCS Unity Ventures LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CookiePrintPro is an image optimization tool designed for edible ink printing. It upscales images, sets print resolution, and optimizes colors for CMY edible ink printers such as the Primera Eddie. The service is provided as-is and is intended for lawful use by bakers, confectioners, and edible printing professionals.

2. Your Account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the service.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

CookiePrintPro offers the following plans:

• Free — 3 image processing credits per calendar month, at no charge.
• Baker — 25 image processing credits per calendar month, billed monthly at $9.99.
• Pro — Unlimited image processing credits, billed monthly at $29.99.

Image credits reset on the first day of each calendar month. Unused credits do not roll over. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge.

5. Images and Content

• You retain all rights to the images you upload and process through CookiePrintPro.
• You represent that you have the right to use and process any images you upload, including any necessary licenses for copyrighted or trademarked artwork.
• You may not use CookiePrintPro to process images that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• We do not claim ownership of your images and do not use them for any purpose other than providing the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the service or its underlying technology.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service.
• Upload images containing illegal content, hate speech, or material that violates the rights of others.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CookiePrintPro is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that processed images will produce any specific printed result, as final print quality depends on your printer, ink, and media. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CookiePrintPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update these Terms or modify the service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas. KCS Unity Ventures LLC is the legal entity responsible for the operation of CookiePrintPro.
